  • Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

    We understand things come up, we are here to work with you! We email you an appointment reminder 7 days ahead in case you need to reschedule.


    In order to avoid late cancellation fees, please notify us as early as possible by sending us an email to info@lifemaideasy.net or by calling 215-654-3110 and speaking to a representative. You may also reschedule via your Customer Profile. 


    Cancellations are NOT accepted via any other communication methods other than those listed above. 



    CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING FEES

    - Cancellations/ Rescheduling with at least 72 hours - NO CHARGE

    - Cancellations/ Rescheduling within 72 hours - $65 fee

    - Cancellations/ Rescheduling within 24 hours - $100 fee

    - SAME DAY Cancellation/ Rescheduling - $ FULL appointment AMOUNT charged

    - NO Access within 15 minutes of arrival - $ FULL appointment AMOUNT charged



    *Applicable fees will be charged regardless of cancellation or rescheduling reason.

    *Cancellation fees do not apply as a credit towards your future services. 




    APPOINTMENT PRICING INFORMATION

    Your appointment pricing is based on appointment frequency. Additional time between appointments due to delaying appointments or rescheduling is subject to additional appointment costs. If you have any questions on your individual pricing structure, please refer to your quote or contact our office.


  • Refund Policy

    Cleaning is a personalized and subjective service therefore we cannot offer refunds to customers.  By accepting services from Life Maid Easy, you agree to the no refund policy and you understand that Life Maid Easy does not offer refunds but is willing to work with you to fix issues. We want to make sure you are satisfied.


    Report and oversights within 24 hours of your appointment and we will come out to fix any issues within 7 days. The issue will be considered closed if you do not schedule a follow-up appointment within 7 days of your appointment date. No refunds and no chargebacks will be made. 


    This information is noted in our Client Success Agreement which we send prior to your appointment. 

  • How do I get a quote for my cleaning?

    Please give us a call or submit our booking form online (click "Get Quote" on the top right of the page). Provide as much information as possible for the most accurate quote.


    We will get back to you within 24 business hours (not including holidays).

  • Pets

    We love pets! Please note any special instructions for pets to the office so we can include that in your work order. 


    Due to insurance reasons, we do not walk or let pets out during the cleaning. 


    If your pet tends to be protective, please make sure it is locked up in a room or a crate during the duration of the cleaning. Our technicians will take care to be careful not to spray chemicals around your pet. 

  • Entering your Property

    Your property must be safely accessible for your scheduled cleaning. 

     

    Prior to your service, please confirm how to enter your property. If you have a lockbox or a key code, please make sure that it works or is in the agreed upon place. We send reminder emails and text messages providing you with a window of time that the cleaners will arrive at your home. If the property cannot be accessed within 15 minutes (for example, no keys left behind, etc), a cancellation fee will be assessed. 

     

    During the winter months, please ensure that our technicians have the ability to walk onto your property without slipping on ice or snow.

  • Cleaning Supplies

    Life Maid Easy cleaning technicians carry their own cleaning supplies, including dusting towels, cleaning chemicals and vacuums/ mops. 


    If you have a preference on the types of products used in your home, please let the office know and we will include that in your work order. Please leave the supplies out on the kitchen sink or in a visible place.


    Each Residential customer needs to have a toilet brush in each bathroom, trash bags and paper towels on hand.


    Each commercial client needs to have paper towels and a mop with a mop bucket on hand.

  • Prices

    The price depends on the size and condition of your property. Please submit a booking request online or give us a call at (215) 654-3110. We take as much information as possible prior to sending a personalized quote to get the most accurate quote possible. 


    We usually get enough information to not have to adjust the price, however, if your home needs more attention than described, we will let you know once your cleaning technician is on site and any price or scope adjustments can be made with the office. 


    Factors that attribute to your property needing extra attention include: post construction debris, a need for heavy-duty washing that was excluded from the scope of work, booking a maintenance cleaning if you home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 4 weeks.

  • Cleaning Service Offered

    Life Maid Easy services residential and commercial customers with deep cleaning, recurring, cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning services. Likewise, we provide 5-star short-term rental cleaning services for AirBnb, VRBO and rental agency clients.

     

    Our services start with a friendly phone call where we gather all of the important information about your property type. Our trained customer experience agents put together thorough work orders for our cleaning technicians, who are professionally trained to provide you with the best cleaning services!

     

    For cleaning checklist options, please refer to our “Services” tab. Any additional services, such as cleaning inside of the refrigerator, inside of the oven, changing bed sheets, and cleaning windows may be added to your service by contacting the office staff.

  • What is NOT included in our services?

    We perform home cleaning services. We currently do not offer carpet cleaning, lawn and outdoor cleaning services, high-reach window cleaning, wall cleaning/ painting services. We also do not perform dry-cleaning services or any biohazard waste clean-up.


    For the services above, we recommend reaching out to companies that specialize in these fields to the best results. 


    We do not offer pet feces or blood clean-up as a precaution to our worker's safety. A specialty biohazard cleaning company would be best suited for this type of clean-up.

  • Payment Methods Accepted

    We accept Credit and Debit cards, Venmo (@life-maid-easy), and PayPal. 


    Any tips may be left by card, cash or by asking for the technician's Venmo. 

  • Are my belongings safe with your employees?

    Your safety and security is at the top of our priorities. 


    We conduct criminal background checks on every prospective employee. We also verify job history and conduct employment verifications. We are proud of our outstanding record of quality hiring and low employee turnover rates. This makes our service one that you can trust. 

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No! You can cancel any time you wish. You only need to sign our non-compete and Client Success Agreement when you opt-into receive a cleaning from us. 

  • Tipping Employees

    Tips are not expected but they are greatly appreciated for work well done! There's no better way to put a smile on our technicians faces than a positive review!


Residential Maintenance Cleaning


  • What is the Residential Maintenance Cleaning?

    We recommend starting with the Residential Maintenance Cleaning only if you had a satisfactory professional cleaning in the past 4 weeeks. Otherwise, we recommend that you start with the Deep or Value Deep Cleaning first for maximum results. 


    The Residential Maintenace Cleaning is a recurring service that maintains the cleanlines of your home. 


    If you receive a deep cleaning, the maintenance clean will be the perfect option to keep your home feeling like it received a deep cleaning each time. 


    We offer this cleaning as a recurring service on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. 

  • What is the price of the Residential Maintenance Cleaning?

    The price depends on the size and condition of your home. We take as much information as possible prior to sending the quote.

  • What is included in my Residential Maintenance Cleaning?

    The Residential Maintenance Cleaning is a lighter version of the deep clean. 


    Please see a checklist for Residential Maintenance Cleaning under our Services tab. 


    This cleaning includes the scrubbing of your tubs, showers, sinks. Washing counters and spot cleanings cabients and doors. Other horizontal surfaces are dusted and floors are vacuumed and/or mopped. All trash is taken out. 

  • How long will my cleaning take?

    For Residential Maintenance Cleaning, we usually send 1-2 cleaning technicians. We find that this gives the home the best cleaning quality. The amount of time can vary depending on the size of your home. All of our technicians are highly trained and use a proprietary cleaning method to cover all areas from top-to-bottom. 

  • Will I have the same cleaning technician each time?

    Your satisfaction is important to us. We assign the same cleaning technician for your Maintenance Recurring Cleanings, however, if they are on vacation or take a sick day, we make sure to have you covered!


    Each technician will know what to do as we take detailed notes during your booking process so we have all of the information that we need on your work order. If you have additional information that you would like included, please give us a call or email us at info@lifemaideasy.net and we will make sure it is covered!

  • What if I need to reschedule my cleaning day?

    Please reach out to our office by emailing us at info@lifemaideasy.net and we will reschedule your cleaning date!


    Give us at least a 48 hour notice of your change of plans and we will ensure that we promply cancel or reschedule your service. 


    Changes that take place less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are charged a $65 fee. 




Deep Cleaning


  • What is included in Deep Cleaning?

    Please refer to our cleaning checklist for each respective cleaning under our Services tab.

  • What if I notice something missed in my Deep Cleaning?

    We ensure the highest satifaction possible and we hire technicians who take their job seriously. 


    Once in a while, mistakes happen. If you are not fully satisfied with your Deep Cleaning or Turnover Cleaning, please contact the office and send photos of the area within 24 hours.


    If the items are in our scope of work, we will send a technician back out to ensure that the items are re-done promptly! 

  • What is the difference between the Value Deep Cleaning and the Deluxe Deep Cleaning?

    Both are great options, however, the Deluxe Deep Cleaning involves more hand-washing and hand wiping surfaces, such as baseboards, window-ledges, and it involves double-scrubbing of sinks, tubs and toilets. 


    The Deluxe Deep Cleaning also includes a top-to-bottom washing of cabinets and doors and door-frames. 


    The Value Deep Cleaning spot cleans cabinets and doors and door frames. 


    If areas in your home need additional attention, we recommend opting in for a Deluxe Deep Cleaning instead!

  • What is NOT included in the Value Deep Cleaning?

    The following items are NOT included in the VALUE DEEP CLEANING. 


    Doors and door frames cleaned

    Hand-washing of some items

    Double-scrubbing

    Carpet edges vacuumed

    Baseboards hand-wiped

    Furniture (wiped, fronts, sides)

    Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)

    Lampshades vacuumed or dusted


    We recommend upgrading to the DELUXE DEEP CLEANING if you would like thse items inclued!

  • Should I book a Spring Cleaning every year?

    Many of our clients like to book the Deep Cleaning at least once per year to ensure the most thorough cleanliness of their homes for the hard-ro-reach places that are not a part of their normal recurring cleaning service.
