Quickbooks Payroll
Team members will receive an email invitation to set up their QuickBooks Payroll account. Follow the instructions in the email to create your login and complete your employee profile. Once set up, you will be able to view your paystubs, access tax documents, and manage your payroll information online. For instructions on how to get set up, please refer to the "QuickBooks Access" link below.

Team Meetings & Supply Orders
At Life Maid Easy, we believe in building a strong team environment and providing ongoing education to support your success. Our weekly team meetings are a time to receive important updates, redeem weekly bonuses, and pick up supplies.
Philadelphia team meetings are held on Monday mornings, and Lehigh Valley team meetings are held on Tuesday mornings each week, unless the day falls on a major holiday.
Please use the link below to submit your Supply Order Form. Supply orders must be submitted by Friday at 12:00 PM for the Philadelphia team and Monday at 12:00 PM for the Lehigh Valley team.

Maid Central Training
Access the Maid Central training at YouTube – Maid Central Training. This training covers everything you need to know about using Maid Central, including clocking in and out, taking breaks, navigating the Tech Dashboard, requesting time off, and accessing your weekly paystubs. All team members are expected to review this training and reference it as needed.

Technician FAQs
What is the training that I will receive as a Life Maid Easy Cleaning Technician?
You will receive a variety of training to which all Life Maid Easy technicians are held accountable for. This will include a combination of videos, on-site training with a trainer, and a written test.
What is the Life Maid Easy Team uniform?
All employees are required to wear the Life Maid Easy uniform for all training sessions and work shifts. The uniform includes a company-issued T‑shirt, black, blue, or khaki pants (no sweatpants or ripped jeans), and closed‑toe shoes. Clothing must be clean, in good condition, and appropriate for a professional work environment. No clothing or accessories displaying logos other than Life Maid Easy are permitted while on duty.
Tenured employees who are issued a Life Maid Easy sweater and/or hat are expected to wear these items to appointments during colder months. Full uniform details will be provided in your New Hire Orientation packet.
I just started work at Life Maid Easy, when will I receive my first paycheck?
Your first paycheck will be deposited two weeks after your start date. Life Maid Easy's pay schedule includes the days worked from Thursday through Wednesday of each week.
Where can I go with any questions?
Life Maid Easy believes in clear communication with employees. Please check your New Hire Orientation packet or contact our Office at the phone number provided there. Our Office is open from Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, for Technician Support.
Where can I submit a vacation/ PTO request?
Please submit vacation requests on your Maid Central profile at least 14 days prior to your requested time off. To request vacation or time off, log in to your Maid Central account and navigate to your Tech Dashboard. Select the option to request time off, choose the dates you are requesting, and submit the request for approval. All time-off requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to management approval. You will be notified through Maid Central once your request has been approved or denied.
What are the company paid holidays?
Company paid holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
To be eligible for holiday pay, you must be employed for at least 6 months by the holiday date, and you must be present at work during the week before the holiday and the week after the holiday. This pay applies only to full-time staff.
Holidays will be paid at $16/hour for 8 hours for Cleaning Technicians and at the hourly rate for 8 hours for Office Staff.
